Shipping and Returns Policy
How the
shipping charges are determined?
- The shipping charges are
calculated based on speed of delivery requested, the location of the
destination, weight of the merchandize and number of the items shipped.
- We charge a small handling
fee to cover packaging and order processing.
What
carriers we use:
- We use all major carriers
such FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. Some of these carriers have special
policies concerning delivery to PO Boxes, military address, and mail
boxes. Please contact the carriers directly to inquire about their
shipping policies.
- Some carriers do not deliver
to certain areas or locations. This information may be found on their
website, or obtained through contacting the carriers directly by e-mail,
telephone, fax, or other medium.
Information
required for shipping of an order:
- In order to process and ship
you purchase, we will need to obtain the following information:
- Your name, address, and
contact telephone number, shipping and billing address, names, addresses,
and contact information of people to whom the merchandize maybe shipped.
We will also ask you for an e-mail address so that we can provide you with
the status of your order, shipping date, and scheduled delivery date.
- All provided information will
be verified and if any discrepancies are found, you will be contacted
prior to shipment of your order with an option of changing the order
information or canceling your order. If we do not receive a response from
you within 3 business days, we may at our sole discretion cancel your
order and give you an option of placing another order with correct
information.
Special
shipping charges and conditions:
- All charges are determined at
the time of order
- Some items may require
additional shipping charges due to irregular size, special shipping
requirements, and excessive weight
- Out-of-Stock items will be
shipped separately at the time when the requested product is re-stocked.
In case that we experience unusual delays with receipt of out-of-stock
items, we will notify you by e-mail communication with approximate
shipping date. At that time, you will have an option of retaining or
canceling your order.
- Some special order items may
be shipped separately from the rest of the items in your order. A small
charge may apply to some special-order merchandizes.
- Because we use different
vendors that fulfill some orders, items in your order may be shipped
separately
- At this time, we are unable
to ship your order to an international location
- All first time orders are
shipped with signature required upon delivery
- We do not ship to PO Boxes,
or mail boxes
Separately
shipped items:
- Some items may be shipped
separately. You will not be charged for shipping until such time that the
order is shipped. If the items need to be shipped separately or from
different location, additional shipping charges may apply.
- If you desire the items to be
shipped to different locations, additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation
of the order:
- Any order may be cancelled
prior to entering the shipping process.
- If you believe that the order
was not placed by you, or that the order is incorrect, please contact us
as soon as possible. If such notification is made prior to shipment, all
charges will be immediately refunded to your credit medium, and the
shipment will be cancelled by our staff.
- All orders shipped prior to
cancellation will be charged to the credit medium provided by you at the
time of order. If you receive an order in error, please contact us as soon
as possible. We will arrange for the carrier to pick up the order from the
location to which it was delivered, or we may send you prepaid shipping
label and instruct you on appropriate the drop-off location. We may use
either method at our discretion.
- If you received an order an
error, please do not open or use the merchandize. You may be held liable
for any damage to the product, or be subject to our restocking fee of 15%.

Reasons
for returns and Returns procedure:
You have 30 days to return your
order for a refund. In some cases, a full refund will be due. If some cases,
however, fees may applied against your refund. Please see our Refunds section
below for more detailed information on our refund policy. There may be several
reasons for the return of merchandize.
- The order was not
placed by you;
If you
reasonably believe that the order is not placed by you and you do not wish to
receive or pay for the merchandize, upon notification from you we will either
cancel the order if it did not enter a shipping process or arrange for a
pick-up, stop-shipment, and full refund to your credit medium. However, if we
reasonably believe that the claim is made is a result of fraud or identity
theft, we reserve the right to conduct our independent investigation before any
refund is made.
- The order was placed
by you in error;
In the
event you erroneously made an order that you do not wish to purchase, please
notify us immediately. We will make every effort to cancel your order prior to
shipment if you are unable to do so yourself and refund you the full amount of
purchase. However, if the order has been shipped or delivered, the shipping,
pick-up, or restocking fee may be withheld from your refund according to our
Refunds policy.
- The merchandize you
purchased arrived damaged or dysfunctional;
If the
merchandize arrived in damaged conditions, or if it does not function properly,
please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a carrier pick-up or mail
you a prepaid shipping label with the drop-off instruction. In case of a
damaged or dysfunctional item, we may exchange it or refund your purchase at
our discretion. All exchange shipment will be made immediately upon receipt of
your notification. Your credit medium will be charged for an additional item.
Upon receipt of a damaged item, you will receive a full refund according to our
Refunds policy.
- The incorrect
merchandize was shipped;
If you
received a merchandize other than what you ordered and do not wish to keep it,
please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a carrier pick-up or a
prepaid shipping label, and refund your credit medium upon receipt of the
merchandize by our warehouse.
- Duplicate order was
shipped;
If you received
a duplicate shipment of an order and do not wish to keep it, please contact us
immediately. We will arrange for a carrier pick-up or a prepaid shipping label,
and refund your credit medium upon receipt of the merchandize by our warehouse.
- Item arrived late;
If you
believe the order arrived late, please contact us immediately. We reserve a
right to conduct our independent investigation for no less than 10 business
days and determine why the item was delivered later than specified. Upon such
time as we receive the necessary information, we will determine the appropriate
method of rectifying the situation. We may either refund a portion of your
shipping charges or arrange for a carrier pick-up or a prepaid shipping label
at our discretion. In case of a return, the refund will be issued upon the
receipt of the item by our warehouse.
- You changed your mind
and no longer require the merchandize;
If you
wish to return the item because you changed your mind or have no use for the
item at the moment, you are responsible for shipping charges and restocking fee
of 15%. We will arrange for a carrier pick-up or a prepaid shipping label if
you wish us to handle the return. Upon receipt of the merchandize by our
warehouse, you refund will be issued less shipping charges and restocking fees
of 15%. Special orders are not subject to refunds under these conditions.
- It is your
responsibility to notify us of a reason why you choose to return the
merchandize. It is our responsibility to arrange for pick-up of the
merchandize or to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the
purpose of shipping the merchandize back to us and to process appropriate
refund. Please see our detailed refund policy in Refunds section below.
- Some special-order
items are not subject to refunds. We will notify you at the time of
purchase if such is the case before the order enters a shipping process.
At that time you will have an option of retaining your order, canceling
your order, or instructing us to cancel your order if you are not able to
do so yourself.
Refunds:
- If you wish to return the
order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You have 30 days to
return your order for any reason for a full or partial refund. All refunds
are made in 30 days or less from the date we receive the returned
merchandize.
Full refund is due under
the following conditions:
- You did not place the order
- Your item arrived damaged or
dysfunctional
- You received a duplicate
shipment
- Incorrect item was shipped to
you
- Item arrived late due to the
carrier mistake or a delay caused by our shipping and processing center
Partial refund under the
following circumstances:
- You place an order in
error and neglected to notify us prior to shipment of the order
- You changed your mind
and no longer need the item
- The merchandize that
you claimed was damaged is found to be good condition, fully functional,
or was damaged by unusual ware and tear and use by customer prior to
return of the item to our warehouse
- You failed to pick-up
your order despite being notified and than claimed the order to arrive
late
- In the event of the
partial refund, we may determine the appropriate fees to be withheld from
your refund at our discretion. 15%-25% restocking fee will automatically be
applied against your refund. We may or may not refund your initial
shipping and handling charges. Return shipping charges will automatically
be applied against the amount of your refund.
- In case the
merchandize was returned to us damaged by customer’s use, no refund will
be made. In the event you fail to return the merchandize to us, no refund
will be made.
Exchanges
- In the event you wish to
exchange the item(s) ordered for any reason, whether for a similar or a
different item(s), we will ship the requested item immediately.
- Your credit medium will be
charged for a separate order at the time of shipment.
- Upon receipt of merchandize
by our warehouse, we will refund your previous purchase according to our
Refunds policy.
